Wearlon (No Slip) Floor Coat and GOOP Sealant

Use GOOP marine sealant in conjunction with our Wearlon® Floor Coat to create a double-protected waterproof seal on your boats rivets and seams.

By GOOPing the rivets and seams of your aluminum boat hull, and then overcoating with our Floor Coat, you can expect long-lasting protection against leaky, weeping rivets.

All of our Wearlon® coatings have excellent adhesion to GOOP marine sealant. 

Wearlon Floor Coat has the same great strong adhesion and extreme flexibility as Wetlander Slick Bottom, but without the slipperiness, making it perfect coating the floor of  your aluminum boat.  The Floor Coat contains a special skid-resistant fine grit (it’s actually ground up billiard balls!) to provide a grippy surface to keep you on your feet.  Wearlon Floor Coat is applied by roller and gets great adhesion to aluminum, gel coat and fiberglass resin.    Our Floor/Hull Protection System includes (for a typical size jon boat) a Half-Gallon of our Wearlon Floor Coat and a 10 oz. tube of Marine GOOP.  

A Half Gallon of Wearlon Floor Coat will cover up to 68 square feet.

A Gallon of Wearlon Floor Coat will cover up to 136 square feet.
